Around 60% of the fabrics used in the TRAVERSE line (excluding PURE models) are solution-dyed. Compared to conventional dyeing processes, this method can reduce the use of water and chemicals during manufacturing. With its COMFORT-CONTACT BACK SYSTEM, the TRAVERSE 40 offers balanced comfort: The pads ensure permanent air circulation, while the wide, ergonomic shoulder straps and wide hip belt distribute the load evenly. A circumferential zipper provides quick, easy access to the main compartment of the TRAVERSE 40, while additional equipment can be stowed in the lid pocket, the inner compartment, the elasticated front pocket and the bottom compartment. A helmet net, compression straps, pole holders, hip pocket and shoulder strap pocket round off the features designed specifically for mountaineering.
