After more than four years of development, the PIEPS Pro IPS Beacon is setting a new standard for avalanche transceiver technology. Featuring an innovative Interference Protection System (IPS), this beacon compensates for the influence of electronic and metallic interference to the transmitting device by analyzing and adapting to the interfering source. This makes the PIEPS Pro IPS better protected against interferences from personal items which could minimize the transmitting power. The beacon’s Dual Antenna Signal Processing allows the PIEPS PRO IPS to process the signal simultaneously on the X and Y antenna, which is another unique innovation among avalanche transceivers.
