- Fishing
Revelstoke is nestled next to the Columbia River home of the mighty sturgeon. While you cannot fish for these mighty giants of the deep, there are some substantially sized Dolly Varden or Bull Trout prowling in the currents. If you prefer playing in some slower moving waters why not try going behind the Revelstoke Dam to the magnificent Lake Revelstoke Reservoir where a tin boat and a gang troll can hook you up with some Kokanee salmon. Keep in mind revelstoke is surrounded by a many mountain lakes and cricks for all your fly/casting desires. Please be sure to pick up a copy of the BC fishing regulation booklet and get your BC fishing licence (available online) to keep our fish populations tip top.

- Hot Springs
In need of some R&R? A soak in one of the many hot springs is just the answer. We are well known for our rainy season. This is the ticket for many locals to make it through the lack of sunshine. Head down to the ferry across Upper Arrow lake and drive to your favourite hot spring. Commercial or natural, both are great, although you are much more likely to encounter nudist enthusiasts in the natural tubs ;)
