The Valhalla Squamish Trail Fund gives back to Watersprite Lake
In Spring 2019, the Fund donated $2,500 to the BC Mountaineering Club for the construction of a composting outhouse at the Watersprite Lake trailhead.
This goes a long way to keeping our backcountry pristine by making it even easier to Leave No Trace.
Thanks to the BCMC volunteers who helped make this project possible. But a special thanks to every one of you who purchases VPO logo’d gear at the Squamish store. All of the gross profit from those sales goes directly into the Trail Fund and into our local outdoor infrastructure. Your dollars helped fund this essential infrastructure – thank you.
